Edwix automatically extracts the merchant/vendor/supplier (essentially the business you have transacted with) directly from your documents. As you upload more document, Edwix starts building you an up-to-date merchant directory!

How does it work?

When you upload an invoice, work order, receipt or contract, Edwix scans its contents to identify available merchant information and creates a record such as

  • Company Name
  • Address
  • Website
  • Email
  • Phone

  • PDF Upload: Uploading your property-related documents from your computer regularly ensures you have a healthy updated merchant list.
